Hi, I’m Yulia
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of bringing over 80 kitchens to life in the growing Tri-Cities, WA community, and other parts of Eastern WA. As a project manager with an eye for detail and a passion for design, I take pride in creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. It would be an honor to manage your kitchen project and help turn your vision into reality—you deserve nothing less!
How it works
-
Start your kitchen design journey with a free 1-hour consultation!
During this meeting, we’ll discuss:
Your kitchen size, style, and layout preferences
Desired functionality and storage needs
Current kitchen state and your project timeline
If you have architectural plans, bring them along—they’re a great starting point.
Don’t have dimensions or drawings? No problem! I’ll schedule a quick visit to your home for a preliminary measurement.
-
Review high-definition 3D renderings based on your chosen materials and samples. With the concept ready, I’ll guide you through the kitchen layout, an itemized price list, and finishes for your project. Finalizing the design may take up to three revisions before approval, sealed with your signature and a down payment.
-
This is where my work as a project manager truly begins. I’ll order materials based on the precise measurements approved during our design sessions and inform you on the delivery schedule, as well as provide tracking numbers for some materials. I coordinate with multiple suppliers to ensure materials are shipped and delivered to the job site on time.
-
As materials arrive, I’ll work closely with your general contractor or installers to ensure all your chosen materials are delivered on time, keeping the project on schedule. Construction projects often come with unexpected challenges, but I’ll coordinate directly with your contractor to resolve any issues, allowing you to focus on your daily life. Once everything is complete, you can relax and enjoy your brand-new kitchen!
Realistic 3D Renderings
Having trouble picturing your space without that wall or imagining how different finishes will come together?
As part of our design experience, we create high-definition renderings using light-tracing technology. These realistic visuals help you see your new layout and how all your chosen finishes will look together, making the process easier and more exciting!
FAQs
-
The cost depends on the cabinet brand, style, and finishes you choose. Our RTA cabinets, shipped fully assembled to your home, start at $7,000 for a mid-size kitchen. Custom cabinetry begins at $15,000 for the same size. All necessary trim is included in the project price. Additional costs may apply if you opt for built-in organizers like spice racks, tray dividers, cutlery inserts, or pantry pull-outs.
-
RTA cabinets can ship as quickly as one week after ordering. Custom cabinets typically take 5 to 8 weeks, depending on the lead times provided by manufacturers, which are updated weekly.
-
No, we don’t handle demolition ourselves, but we can recommend trusted contractors who specialize in that area. Additionally, demolition can be a great way to reduce the overall cost of your project if you choose to do it yourself. In many cases, the cost of demoing a kitchen and hauling away the debris can be as much as installing a brand-new one.

There are three main types of cabinets: framed, frameless, and inset. We primarily offer framed and frameless options.
Inset cabinets are where the doors and drawers sit within the frame, giving a clean, seamless look. However, they are more expensive to manufacture due to the high level of precision required. While we can source inset cabinets for specific projects, they are less common.
Framed cabinets are the most popular and affordable option. With framed cabinets, we can enhance their appearance by using full-overlay doors and drawers, which minimize gaps and create a more modern, streamlined look by overlaying the frame.
Frameless cabinets, which are common in European and modern designs, have a minimal-gap design for a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. Since there is no frame, these cabinets make better use of interior space, offering slightly wider drawers. They also provide flexibility for customization, allowing panels to be added to create the appearance of luxury, built-in custom furniture.

This feature is commonly found in most cabinets and will likely add a few hundred dollars to your project cost. However, what it ultimately provides is a much more pleasant experience with your cabinetry, helping to prevent the frustration of slamming doors or drawers. Plus, it prolongs the longevity of your cabinets.
